Q: Where can I Book a Tour?

Q: Where do the tours start from and finish?

A: Our tours start and finish at Ovation Mall. Here

Q: How do I redeem my ticket?

A: FYou will receive a confirmation email. Please present it to Scott. 

Q: Will you wait for me if I'm running late?

A: If you have provided us with a good contact number, we will contact you ahead and make it happen. 

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but we may cancel the activity at short notice in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If we cancel the tour, paid guests will have the opportunity to either reschedule for the next available tour or date (subject to availability), or receive a full refund.

Q: Are restrooms available?

A: Yes, restrooms are available at Ovation Mall. There are also public restrooms along the tour route. If you should need to stop, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

Q: Do you store any of our credit card information?

A: No, we use a trustworthy booking sites like Tripadvisor, Viator, Get Your Guide, and software called Rezgo and Stripe that handles all our transaction data. 

Q: Do I receive a confirmation?

A: When you book online, you receive a confirmation email with email you entered when booking. You should receive an email a few minutes after your booking. Check Spam if you don't see it. Bring your reservation number and a photo ID to the tour pick-up location.

Q: Will I be able to take pictures along the way?

A: Yes!! Bring your camera to capture all the sights. You will have plenty of photo opportunities and we strongly encourage you to take advantage of them!

Q: Is there parking?

A: Yes, validation included with your tour. Meeting Location Here

Q: Are the tours conducted in English only?

A: Yes, the tours are only conducted in English. However, our non-English speaking guests will still enjoy the experience.

Q: Are food and drinks allowed on the tour?

A: Yes, food and drinks are welcome. However alcoholic beverages are not allowed under any circumstance. 

Q: If I need to make changes or updates?

A: If you have already made a reservation and need to make changes or updates, please call 24 hours in advance at 1.213.261.0707

Q: Can you pick up from my hotel/location?

A: We do not offer any hotel pick up or drop off services. Guests are solely responsible for transportation to and from our departure location.

Q: Is gratuity included in the price?

A: Gratuity are not included in the ticket price but are greatly appreciated by Scott. Gratuity at the end of the tour is a nice way to say thanks.
